2022.4 Migration Guide

PSPDFKit for Web 2022.4 introduces some new APIs and includes several bug fixes. We recommend verifying your implementation to check if it needs updating.

Notable Changes

This is the last release of PSPDFKit for Web that still includes support for Internet Explorer 11. As of this version, IE11 support is officially deprecated, and running PSPDFKit for Web 2022.4 in IE11 will show a warning. As of version 2022.5.0, IE11 won’t be supported.

With this change in supported browsers, we’ll be able to focus our efforts on optimizing the Web SDK and adding new functionality by reassigning resources that were needed to keep IE11 support. We’ll also be able to explore how to benefit from modern APIs and features only found in modern browsers.
