New bookings growth in the second quarter of 2022 represents more than 25 percent growth over the first quarter of 2022 and the second consecutive quarter of accelerating growth since a strategic investment from Insight Partners in November 2021.

Accelerating New Logo and Customer Momentum
PSPDFKit’s momentum in Q2 is driven by key customer wins and expansions. The company added 40 percent more new customers compared to the same period last year, accelerating on the 30 percent year-over-year (YoY) new customer growth achieved in the first quarter of 2022.
PSPDFKit’s growth will be further accelerated by its May 2022 acquisitions of France-based ORPALIS Imaging Technologies and U.K.-based Aquaforest, the leading providers of document imaging components and enterprise software solutions. These strategic acquisitions are enabling PSPDFKit to extend its document technology platform with a more comprehensive OCR solution, AI/ML-based document analysis, deeper PDF expertise, and access to more than 3,000 new capabilities across 100 new file formats.
SOC 2 Type I Security Audit
In Q2, the company announced a significant milestone in successfully completing the Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type 1 audit. The audit measures the security, availability, confidentiality, processing integrity, and privacy of an organization’s data processing systems and determines whether adequate safeguards and controls are in place.
