PSPDFKit for iOS
Version 6 of PSPDFKit was released in the fall of 2016 alongside Apple's launch of iOS 10 and has been wildly successful. With such a steady track record of releases paired with our dedicated technical support, Version 6 is the PDF framework trusted by thousands and used by millions.
PSPDFKit for Android
With Version 2 of PSPDFKit released at the end of 2015, we now offer both Core Viewer and Annotation editing/creation for Android. We worked hard to deliver the same quality and features our customers have come to love on PSPDFKit for iOS.
PSPDFKit runs on iOS devices with:
- iOS 9.0 or higher
- iPhone, iPhone 6(s) & 7 Plus, iPod Touch, iPad and iPad Pro are supported.
(binary ships with armv7/arm64/i386/x86_64)
- Latest available Xcode (8.0/iOS SDK 10)
PSPDFKit runs on Android devices with:
- Android 4.1 or newer / API level 16 or higher
- 32/64-bit ARM (armeabi-v7a with NEON/ arm64-v8a) or 32-bit Intel x86 CPU
- Android Studio 2.2 or newer. (AAR-based build system like Gradle, Maven. Eclipse/Ant bassed systems are not supported)

By supporting PDF AcroForms, the most commonly used standard, users are able to fill out and submit forms with ease. With our Forms component, a user has the ability to save changes in the PDF or enter valuable information that can be accessed and submitted to a server.Support for Forms is not available for Android, yet.
