Dilates black pixels in a GdPicture image or in an area of a GdPicture image defined by SetROI() method. This filter helps to dilate black pixels in 4 directions: N, S, W, E. The actions of this filter are less prominent than FxDilate8. It can be used used to improve very fine and degraded characters.

Remarks
This method is used in the "Image Processing" and "Barcode Recognition"Demo.
